In December 2024, the HXH Steel warehouse team performed a final pre-shipment marking and spray-stenciling review on a batch of carbon seamless steel pipes scheduled for export to Vietnam.
Before loading the cargo into the shipping containers, our warehouse staff took the final packing list down to the stockyard to complete a manual audit. The main goal of this check was to ensure that all technical product specifications spray-printed onto the pipe surfaces remained clear, accurate, and completely readable for the buyer's receiving team.
During the hands-on inspection, our team checked the steel grade markings, dimensional layouts (Outer Diameter and Wall Thickness), and production batch codes on each pipe bundle. For Southeast Asian construction sites where multiple specifications of seamless pipes are often mixed in one yard, clear body stenciling is vital. It allows local engineering crews to quickly sort and identify the correct pipe schedules during unloading and project allocation, saving time and preventing installation errors.
After confirming that all spray-markings were complete, legible, and matched the order records perfectly, the seamless steel pipe order was approved for final export processing. The cargo is tightly bundled with reinforced steel bands, fully prepared for prompt delivery to Vietnam.
