In December 2025, HXH STEEL completed the production and port delivery of a batch of custom-specification Hot Rolled Coils (HRC) for a regular client in Pakistan. Through coordination with our third-party logistics partners, the cargo was loaded on schedule.

Because this order involved non-standard dimensions, we enforced strict verification at the port yard before handing it over to the vessel:
Edge & Gauge Audit: We checked the cut-edge (Slit Edge) quality and thickness tolerances to ensure the coils perfectly matched the buyer's requested blueprint.
MTC Traceability: Every coil's heat number was cross-checked against the Mill Test Certificate (MTC) to guarantee specific steel grade compliance.
Due to the heavy weight of these custom coils, we required the port operators to follow strict handling guidelines:
Anti-Slippage Hoisting: The crane team utilized wide spreader bars to lift the coils, distributing pressure evenly to prevent inner-layer telescoping.
Under-Deck Stowage: The cargo was placed under-deck inside the dry cabin to protect the raw steel surfaces from severe maritime weather.
This December 2025 batch was custom-engineered for immediate industrial use in Pakistan, primarily for heavy-duty welded pipe manufacturing and shipping container structural frameworks where high yield strength is mandatory.
By supervising the logistics handover and technical data on the dock, HXH STEEL ensures all custom orders arrive at Karachi port in factory-prime condition.
