In October 2025, the HXH Steel international service team completed a strict pre-shipment material traceability review and chemical composition audit for a batch of high-grade 904L stainless steel products scheduled for export to the UAE.
Before entering the final logistics stage, our warehouse team and sales representatives skipped the standard office paperwork and went straight to the cargo bundles with a handheld PMI spectrometer. The main goal of this quality audit was to ensure that the high-value super-austenitic stainless steel materials were 100% authentic and completely compliant with the buyer’s technical contract requirements.
During the hands-on inspection, our team checked the physical surface stenciling on the steel, ensuring that the specific grade markings and production Heat Numbers (including Heat No. STL24H149) matched the mill test certificates (MTC) exactly. We also used our on-site digital spectrometer to analyze the core anti-corrosion chemical elements—such as Nickel and Molybdenum—directly on the warehouse floor. This fast, on-the-spot verification eliminates any risk of grade mixing or labeling errors during port transit.
With the material authenticity and documentation conformity fully approved, this high-end 904L stainless steel order received official dispatch clearance. The cargo has been packed securely to prevent surface scratching during ocean transit to the UAE.
