In July 2025, the HXH Steel international service team successfully completed a final pre-shipment loading check directly at the maritime port terminal for a bulk order of steel materials bound for Turkey.
Our on-site sales representative skipped the office paperwork and went straight to the busy dockside stockyard to actively supervise the cargo layout before vessel loading commenced. Since the steel materials are transported without external outer wrappers, the review focused completely on strict label verification and physical specification cross-checking.
Using the original customer purchase contract, our representative manually checked the printed product labels, steel stamp heat numbers, and dimensional metrics bundle by bundle on the open dock. We verified that every single specification—from thickness tolerances to grade markings—fully complied with the Turkish buyer’s engineering blueprint. This hands-on, face-to-face check at the loading port ensures that all shipping marks match the export documents perfectly, preventing administrative errors and guaranteeing a flawless unloading process at Turkish ports.
