In April 2026, the HXH Steel warehouse team carried out a final coil weight verification for a batch of steel coils scheduled for export to Kuwait.
Before the coils entered the final packaging stage, inspectors compared the actual scale readings with the production records and packing list data. The purpose of the check was to confirm that each coil matched the ordered weight range and shipment requirements.
During the inspection, individual coils were weighed and cross-checked against the warehouse records. The coils identified as A3 and A4 were selected for verification using the weighing system, with the displayed weights reviewed alongside the corresponding production data and customer requirements. The recorded values were found to be consistent with the specified coil weights and shipment documentation.
Coil weight verification is a routine part of pre-shipment quality control. Accurate weight records help ensure correct packing calculations, loading arrangements, and shipment documentation before export.
After the weight check was completed, the coils were released for final export packaging and preparation for shipment to Kuwait.
