In August 2024, a procurement team from India visited the HXH Steel office to discuss a new order for carbon steel pipes and clear up some technical specifications face-to-face.
The discussion focused heavily on actual product parameters rather than standard brochure data. Since the pipes are headed for a high-pressure infrastructure project, the buyers were highly focused on the actual wall thickness tolerance and whether our ASTM A106 Grade B stocks strictly comply with international limits.
We brought out our latest Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and third-party inspection reports to show them our quality consistency. The clients appreciated our transparency regarding the raw material sourcing from tier-one steel mills. This direct meeting saved weeks of email back-and-forth and helped align our production schedule perfectly with their upcoming project timeline.
