Channel Steel is a long steel product with a "[" shaped cross-section. Its unique structure gives it high strength and stiffness in the direction perpendicular to the web, enabling it to effectively bear vertical loads. Our channel steel is widely used in building structures, vehicle manufacturing, industrial frameworks, and machinery equipment as beams, columns, and rails, providing robust support.

Unique groove design, strong load-bearing and anti-torsion performance.
Groove allows convenient installation of accessories (bolts, nuts).
Balances weight and strength, reducing overall project load.
Superior Bending Performance and Load Capacity: The C-section gives it good bending resistance and rigidity when bearing vertical or horizontal loads, making it particularly suitable as a horizontal support member for purlins, roof trusses, and wall frames.
High Strength-to-Weight Ratio and Structural Lightness: High strength relative to its weight helps reduce the overall structural load, simplifying transportation and installation. Its open side also facilitates connections and utility routing.
Efficient and Multi-Functional Applications: Extensively used in industrial plants, warehouses, machinery bases, vehicle chassis, and bridge supports. Its standardized dimensions and excellent weldability ensure high precision and reliability in structural fabrication.
Good Economy and Easy Procurement: Channel steel is a common specification in hot-rolled sections, ensuring ample supply and stable pricing. Its efficient design helps project managers optimize material lists and control overall costs.
Channel steel is produced by hot rolling. Heated billets are rolled in a section mill with a sequence of passes that form the C-shaped cross-section. Key dimensions (web height, flange width, thickness) are controlled within tolerances per standards. After rolling, the channel is cooled, straightened, and cut to length.
Building Structures: Purlins, beams, columns, platform frames.
Vehicle Manufacturing: Truck chassis, rail vehicle structural parts.
Machinery Manufacturing: Equipment bases, guides, supports.
Other Fields: Scaffolding, cable trays.
We strictly implement national and international standards, ensuring the dimensions, shape, and mechanical properties of the channel steel meet requirements.
