Galvanized Steel Pipes are manufactured by applying a hot-dip galvanizing treatment to the surface of high-quality welded or seamless pipes, forming a dense, uniform zinc-alloy protective layer. This coating effectively isolates the steel substrate from corrosive environments, providing long-lasting physical and electrochemical protection. Our galvanized steel pipes offer excellent resistance to corrosion and rust, with a service life far exceeding that of black pipes, making them the perfect choice for applications requiring long-term anti-corrosion protection, such as building water supply, gas transmission, and outdoor structures.

Zinc coating ensures strong anti-corrosion, long service life.
Lightweight, convenient for quick installation.
High cost-performance for various applications.
Long-Term Corrosion Protection & High Durability: The thick zinc coating provides excellent sacrificial protection, granting the pipes a lifespan of several decades in humid or mildly corrosive environments, significantly reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
Reliable Structural Integrity: Retains the high strength and load-bearing capacity of carbon steel. The coating comprehensively covers both internal and external surfaces, ensuring structural reliability in critical applications like plumbing, fire systems, and structural supports.
Cost-Effectiveness & Immediate Installation: While the initial cost may be slightly higher, the exceptional longevity and lack of need for on-site painting result in massive long-term savings and faster project installation times.
Broad Application Versatility: Available in a wide range of specifications and standards, suitable for municipal infrastructure, HVAC systems, agricultural irrigation, and industrial fluid transport, making it an extremely versatile piping solution.
Our galvanized pipes are manufactured through a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process. The base pipe (welded or seamless) is first cleaned in an acid pickling bath (HCl or H₂SO₄) to remove scale and rust, followed by rinsing and fluxing (typically ZnCl₂-NH₄Cl solution). It is then dried and immersed in a molten zinc bath at 450±10°C for 3–6 seconds, depending on wall thickness. Upon extraction, excess zinc is removed by air knives, controlling coating thickness to meet standards (e.g., Z275, Z450). The pipe is cooled, passivated (if required), and inspected for coating uniformity and adhesion via copper sulfate or hammer tests.
Building Water Supply and Drainage Systems: Indoor and outdoor cold water transmission pipes, fire sprinkler systems.
Gas Transmission: Low-pressure natural gas and coal gas inlet pipes for buildings.
Outdoor Facilities: Street light poles, traffic sign poles, guardrails, fences, greenhouse frames.
Power & Telecommunications: Conduits for cable threading, telecommunication tower structures.
Our galvanizing process strictly adheres to ASTM A123 and A53 standards. We conduct rigorous tests on coating thickness, uniformity, and adhesion (e.g., copper sulfate test, hammer test). Products are ISO9001 certified, and galvanizing quality certificates are provided.
We offer various processing services before and after galvanizing:
Cut-to-length
Threading (with galvanized protector coupling)
